My goal is to help individuals discover their full potential by focusing on strategies to improve their everyday life. With experience working with children and adults with diverse psychopathology, I am prepared to help you begin your journey into a healthier mental state.

In past work, I have helped clients navigate loss, grief, trauma, and significant life transitions. Using evidence-based techniques, I will help you improve relationships, identify goals, and build a better understanding of your life experiences by focusing on the cultural, spiritual, and social dimensions. My primary goal is to help you heal, improve, and accomplish so your mental health no longer holds you back.

I provide both therapy services as well as diagnostic evaluations for mood/anxiety disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD, intellectual disabilities, etc.), and other psychological concerns.  I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I have specialized experience working with first responders, as well as with individuals with chronic pain. Some of the primary areas of focus when working with clients include:

These strategies help cultivate an encouraging environment where you will learn skills to help you adapt in a multitude of situations. Every person has the ability to reach their full potential in this collaborative therapeutic process.
