The ens\u014d is a sacred symbol that is traditionally drawn using a single brushstroke.\u00a0 Drawing the ens\u014d is often done as part of meditation in order to emphasize the importance of letting go of worries and preoccupations, and to express a freedom and quietness of mind that permits the body to create.\u00a0 Typically drawn as an incomplete circle, it is a reminder that there is great beauty in imperfection, and that, often times, the things that we perceive to be flaws or incomplete are actually the distinctions that make each of us unique and beautiful in our own ways.\u00a0 Our practice\u2019s name and logo is emblematic of our philosophy, one which inspires our therapists on a daily basis.
