Life is challenging enough without strained relationships, difficulties in school, struggles with self-esteem, workplace stress, and navigating our current world.  I am here to walk with you and help shoulder the load.

I’ve worked successfully with many who have struggled with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and life stressors by creating a strong therapeutic alliance and safe environment for my clients to practice new strategies and skills that they can then apply outside of the office. I am passionate about getting to know who my clients are as individuals, meeting them where they are, and fostering their ability to flourish.

I provide individual and family therapy to children, teens, and adults with an emphasis in treating adolescents and young adults who wish to manage symptoms of mood disorders, improve responses to stressors, and learn how to make positive changes in their lives. My approach to treatment uses empathy, collaboration, and humor to build a strong therapeutic alliance and provide a safe space to learn. In order to create treatment plans tailored specifically to my clients, I utilize techniques from a variety of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Strengths-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
