About Me
As a therapist my goal is to provide a safe and honest environment where all clients feel empowered. Therapy can be one of the most powerful gifts we can give ourselves and our loved ones. This experience can open doors to better understanding of family and transitional situations, assist with development of communication skills and provide valuable tools for coping with trauma or other challenges in life. My client-first approach involves working together to understand your unique experiences and assist you in achieving personal goals. I strive to be an ally, advocate, and conscientious facilitator during our time together.

I work with Adults, teens, and children on a wide range of issues:

- Trauma / PTSD

- Depression
- ADHD
- Children and teens struggling at home or with peers
- Families and couples seeking communication or relational support
- Individuals facing challenges associated with grief and loss
As noted above, I also provide couples' therapy and am a Level I trained Gottman therapist.
My Treatment Approach
I approach therapy from a variety of viewpoints and modalities, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Systems Theory Based Psychotherapy, and Strengths Based Approach.
My Rates
Presently, I do not accept insurance; my per-session rate for a 55-minute therapy session is $150.00.
