THE BEAUTY OF IMPERFECTION.
The ensō is a sacred symbol that is traditionally drawn using a single brushstroke.  Drawing the ensō is often done as part of meditation in order to emphasize the importance of letting go of worries and preoccupations, and to express a freedom and quietness of mind that permits the body to create.  Typically drawn as an incomplete circle, it is a reminder that there is great beauty in imperfection, and that, often times, the things that we perceive to be flaws or incomplete are actually the distinctions that make each of us unique and beautiful in our own ways.  Our practice’s name and logo is emblematic of our philosophy, one which inspires our therapists on a daily basis. The ensō symbolizes enlightenment, strength, elegance, simplicity, and, above all, the beauty of imperfection.

Ensō Therapy Group was founded in 2017 with a simple goal: to assist people in our community of all ages and from all walks of life who are struggling with issues both large and small, and who want to make positive changes in their lives.
