About Me

I specialize in strengthening relationships and supporting families through life’s most challenging transitions. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices that help children and their caregivers build secure, healthy connections and emotional resilience. I have 25 years of experience working in medical social work, school social work, child and family therapy in private practice, and court-involved therapy.

Whether you are facing a major family transition or seeking to strengthen your connection with your child, I provide a compassionate, structured space where growth, healing, and reconnection can thrive.

My Specialties

I work closely with young children and their caregivers to nurture emotional bonds, enhance communication, and support the development of emotional regulation through approaches such as play therapy and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). My practice is centered on helping families feel supported, heard, and empowered.  Most of my practice is devoted to:

  • Child Emotion Regulation
  • Child Anxiety
  • Child Medical Trauma
  • Children of Divorce, Separation, and Custody Disputes
  • Parent-Child Attachment
  • Parenting
  • Co-parenting
  • Parent Child Reunification
  • Bonding Assessments

I offer guidance and therapeutic support for families navigating separation, divorce, and co-parenting relationships that prioritize the well-being of children. My goal is to assist families in fostering resilience and help co-parents build healthy, child-centered relationships that prioritize stability and well-being to move forward with confidence, compassion, and clarity.

I also support families through complex transitions such as parent-child reunification and provide bonding and attachment assessments to inform treatment planning and legal decision-making when needed.
