About Me
I am a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience working with children and families in a variety of settings. My professional expertise includes working with both adults and children on a range of issues, including with survivors of domestic violence, children and adults with developmental disabilities, chronic illness and inpatient behavioral health.
I approach therapy as a collaborative journey; I meet clients where they are and I honor their unique experiences and perspectives. I believe in the importance of addressing the whole person – mind, body and spirit – in the therapeutic process. By considering all aspects of an individual’s well-being, I aim to nurture growth and healing on multiple levels.
Cultivating an authentic relationship with each client is paramount to me. I create a space where clients are genuinely understood, accepted and valued. Through this genuine connection, clients are able to safely explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly and without judgment.
